Orders, Shipping & Returns

Once an order is placed we cannot change or cancel the order. Please be aware of shipping addresses, and package ship times when checking out. Once an order is placed, we are unable to apply any discounts to the order or adjust the price. 

10 days from date of purchase. Shipping costs on returns to and from Frilly Boutique are the buyer's responsibility, unless the return is due to defects in manufacturing or you received the incorrect item. Returns will be processed for store credit only. We do not offer exchanges due to our inventory turn over and we can not guarantee we will have the size or item you're needing to exchange.  

Pre-Orders, Jewelry, Loungewear, Seasonal Items and Athletic Wear are not eligible for return or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (no smells of cigarettes, laundry detergent and/or pet hair) and we require a proof of purchase.

From time to time, Frilly Boutique may offer discounts and/or sales - if an item is purchased with a discount of 15% off or more, it is FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return or Exchange. 

• 2-5 business days is the processing time and does not include the shipping time - please remember, we are a small business!

• 3-5 business days is the shipping time and does not include processing time. 

• We are closed Sundays and Mondays and start processing weekend orders on Tuesday in the order that they were received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• Please note we are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process.

• We will be unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes or promotions. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing.
