Returns and Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges:  
Getting something you love is so important to us! We accept returns/exchanges up to 10 days from date of purchase. Shipping costs on returns/exchanges to and from Frilly Boutique are the buyer's responsibility, unless the return/exchange is due to defects in manufacturing or you received the incorrect item. Returns will be processed for store credit only

Jewelry, Loungewear and Athletic Wear are not eligible for return or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (no smells of cigarettes, laundry detergent and/or pet hair) and we require a proof of purchase.

From time to time, Frilly Boutique may offer discounts and/or sales - if an item is purchased with a discount of 15% off or more, it is FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return or Exchange.
